Madi
Receptionist
Madi joined our reception team in March 2024, bringing industry experience since 2020. She chose veterinary medicine to surround herself with fellow animal lovers. Madi has worked in various roles, including boarding, reception, and as a technician. Born in Dallas, Texas, she moved to Washington and Illinois before settling in Florida. After high school, Madi attended boot camp and served as a Master-At-Arms in the Navy, earning several medals.
At our clinic, Madi greets clients, schedules appointments, retrieves records, manages phone lines, and serves as the communication link between doctors and owners, all while maintaining a positive attitude to assist everyone.
Outside of work, Madi enjoys playing instruments, reading, playing with her dogs, and watching true crime documentaries. Her Pittie, Ranger, is her soulmate, and her Heeler Mix, Bmo, is her loyal sidekick.
A fun fact about Madi is that she has visited every state except two and can play five instruments. Her advice to new receptionists is that while the job may not be the easiest, it is one of the most rewarding. Madi’s immediate career goal is to help as many animals as she can.
